I know who Chamberlain was. I think you don't know who Kerry is. Not that I know, either, because his message is pretty muddled, but there's no indication that he's a Chamberlain. There's a lot of space between appeasement and knee-jerk counterpunching. Unless you live in a binary world, that is.

I actually believe this war against jihadist is probably a generational one lasting from 5 years to decades. You probably don't, or you would have a different perspective.

I do too, actually. Decades, that is. All the more reason not to burn ourselves out in round one. Fast start, fast finish, as they say. We need a well-rounded long term strategy.
