I agree with THAT. Let's keep the state AND its money (my tax dollars) out of churches, synagogues, and mosques. BTW, how DO you intend to divide up this money pie? By membership? Need for the money? Number of "clients" served? "Goodness"? How? You ever notice how those things LEAST subject to proof, such as the existence and denomination of GOd, are the very things that inspire the most heat and violence in people? No wars have ever been fought over the differential equation versus matrix versions of quantum mechanics; many have been fought over whether God is a Jew, Catholic, Protestant, or Muslim. You really want the US Armed Forces involved in this?
