Thanks. I read that article. Did not get the gerrymandering connection. However, it's beginning to appear that Bush's stupidity is blanketing the US population - not all, not even half, but Americans have taken on the Bush stigma of doltishness in the eyes of the rest of the world. That's so sad and unfair!!!
