What the Big Pharma companies have been doing is exactly the opposite of "dumping", as far as Americans are concerned. Canada negotiates prices for a drug supply for the entire country. It means a HUGE sale for the big Pharma companies, but they still make a profit on the drugs. Big Pharma does NOT want this to occur in the US, claiming R&D is paid for by US sales, so it's charging 40-70% more than what it charges in Canada and all other countries is "justified". As an American, it seems pretty UNFAIR to me! Why don't ALL drug consumers pay for R&D? We're chumps and government is in league with Big Pharma. American consumers are forced to subsidize the rest of the world's drug supplies.
