That is the whole point. Yes, it is the whole basis of free speech, free association, and anonymous voting. SI, like most internet bulletin boards, was set up to encourage aliases. An alias allows people to speak their opinion freely in front of thousands of strangers (regardless of their mental health) and thus create more genuine discussion. It does not mean that the great majority of members of SI and other such discussion groups are "scoundrels". You are simply being idiotic and continuing to bore me with your witless insults.

We used to call people like you "Punks". I wonder what they call you nowadays? There are millions of spouses who do not speak of their differing religious beliefs because they prefer friendship, love, and harmony to argument and hurt feelings. They are not hypocrites, and neither am I. You don't have a single argument to bring to this thread. You think that foul lies and pathetic dribble may pass for argument amongst the ignorant and the vile. You may be right. This pathetic stream of hateful and contrived invective surely outdoes the braying of a choir of asses.

The great majority of the world is not Christian.

It is made clear by the bible that endless torture is a just form of punishment. The bible gives many examples of innocent people being killed and then sent to Hell for eternal torture as being evil. God often caused entire tribes to be brutally murdered and then tortured in Hell for eternity. Once He went so far as to murder everybody on the planet except for a sexual pervert and his family.

Your bible is almost entirely contradictory to all human standards of innocence. For instance, civilized countries believe that freedom of religion is a principle of justice. The bible considers it grounds for eternal torture. Your God would torture people that all civilized people would consider innocent.

Furthermore, I know of no civilized person who considers even the torture of guilty people for eternity as "justice". There has never be a tyrant or psychotic or serial killer who ever lived that ever imagined eternal suffering through torture as a "good" thing (unless perhaps you consider it "good"? Do you?).

But your God does only "good" things (how even saying that in mock argument makes my stomach turn---belch). So it follows that eternal torture is a "good" thing--SO "good", that even psychotics and deranged creatures incapable of conscience find it inconceivable to plumb such a depth.

As I said: you would make a pathetic and probably a jelly--faced God. But I would vote for you in a minute with all your spite and hate and gullibility and inherent dishonesty. I would vote for you instantly over that genocidal maniac invented some many centuries ago when man was little more than a beast--a creature unrelated by human concerns to anyone outside of his family or tribe.
