Bush is relying on his intuition...and he is confusing it with "messages from God". He is so sure of himself he refuses to allow anyone to discuss viable options and he excuses his arrogant behavior as being a resolute leader...........in reality he is arrogant, self centered and refuses to address alternative arguments. It's easier to call oneself resolute and decisive than to accept a committee of experts and to argue your opinion in front of them to gain accountability. Pat
