I have no idea- if you ever called names, and I saw you, I would have banned you. I dislike childish name calling. I spent 2 or 3 years putting up with it, and even sinking in to it- but it really began to bore me, and it wastes a tremendous amount of time (which some people want to waste, but I do not) so if you called names, or were nasty in some other way, I would have put you on my ban list- and since I feel I miss nothing by banning most people, and often put on ignore the people I consider worthless to read, I would not have ever considered you again.
It's not a personal thing, it's more of a matter of efficiency, if that makes you feel any better. I don't know most of the people I ban- but if I feel reading them gives me 0 added benefit, I make sure I won't be reading them. I like to get my content as free of childishness as possible. I know that isn't a universal wish- and I have no problem with people doing whatever they want to on other threads. My threads are like my living room (imo- I realize other people may have other notions, and I really don't care what they do with their own threads).
