One or two states in litigation isn't so bad. I thought at the time, and said so, that the SCOTUS should have let Bush-Gore in Florida go to the House, as the Constitution provides. Scalia disappointed me.

If we are forced to let Congress decide, that is what the Founders put into place. People could use a history lesson.

In a nutshell, in our country, the federal government isn't all powerful. The President can't dispense with the Constitution, nor can Congress, nor even the Supreme Court.

It's OUR Constitution. Let it work.
