Who "insisted" Abu Graib be discussed in comparison with the enemy's brutality? The thread. I recollect a really strong feeling on this thread that folks, the MSM et al, were unfairly making Abu Graib out to be horrific while ignoring the greater brutality of the enemy. Generated lots and lots of posts. Anyway, the "insistence" that the level of offense be contrasted was what I had in mind when I posted what I posted. It would have been more precise had I said "contrast" rather than "comparison," which subsumes "contrast" but is broader. I don't think we're disagreeing.
