Under those terms there is little doubt in my mind Medicine would be relegated to mediocracy within one generation. Even today, my son, for instance, was talked OUT of medicine and into science due to the trials and limitations today put upon doctors. If one were to CRIMINALIZE outside health care this would mean the govt would dictate EVERYTHING a Dr. could do and how much he could charge. Thats the end of medicine folks, we would be left with something akin to a first aid station. jdn
