The Clinton as U.N. secretary general story has resurfaced It's hard to see how Clinton could avoid being an improvement over Kofi Annan, if he still cared about policy at all, that is. If all he wanted was self-aggrandizement he could 'go native' and that would be hell on wheels for the Bush administration.
