I can't agree with you. The area where the hand sits that supports the trigger finger is often called a pistol grip. These scums would use that definition to ban all semi's.

The gun Kerry received defintiely qualifies. Even if it only holds 4 in the mag.

Rather then pointlessly argue about this, which we will do, let's just disagree. There has been no court finding on if that pistol grip would disqualify all semi-auto shotguns or not, so there is no correct position on the shotgun in question. I say it'd be banned you say no. So be it.
