I am a conservative but also support progressive tax. I have no problem contributing to the public good. I would support a simpler tax, still progressive, if the tax code was made simpler and b/s loop holes removed. I'd also like to see spending come under the microscope. How fiscal conservatives can support Bush I simply do not understand.
