Rice is a token. Hughes GW's mother type. Dole is the wife of a top senator. Dole is the most qualified of the three. She's an impressive woman. Rice would not have that job in 1000 years if she weren't the oil business/rightwing's only black women they can trust to obey.

The GOP is 95% ruled by white men with short hair and severe suits. That's a fact.
