What, specifically would you have done differently, and what would you suggest, since you now are playing armchair quarterback?

Produce twice as many doses as necessary, just in case half goes bad? Produce three times as much, just in case 2/3 goes bad?

Who pays?

Should that be done with all medicine?

If there's so much demand, why aren't manufacturers clamoring to compete with each other? Lawsuits? The John Edwards's of the world?

I think your blame game is simplistic. You know it is, too. We could just as easily lay blame at the feet of John Edwards and trial lawyers.
