How would I feel if somebody came along and bought my gleefully owned OST.UN? I'd be sorry, of course, but that's capitalism. The highest bidder gets it. As far as I know the investment policy in China is quite different from 15 years ago, when China still did not welcome foreign investment. Now, I hear that foreigners can buy the sites, hire the workers etc. etc. everybody in Japan and lots of Canadians are getting into the act.
Now about the Chinese constitution, that's a piece of paper of course. If we insist that only democracies can buy our resources then we may soon have to ban US investment etc. too complicated.
