Hello Steve: You might want to checkout their web page for some information about their products: neogen.com Their products include diagnostic test kits for food testing and they are also into veterinary and drug testing (especially horses). I don't think McDonalds, Burger King, and the rest actually process their own meat and poultry do they? Burger King was getting meat from Hudson foods, which just had a plant closed by the FDA.
