ACTM may have been fairly priced at 48, but now that it is 38, does that mean it should go back to 48? I would think so. I was a buyer today. The growth model for this company is in the 25% range and the est for 98 is $2.07 leading to a price over 50 on 98 earnings. Advest was on the bid yesterday and today. Perhaps they are covering a short. These analyst ratings all many times done for a reason other than the obvious.
