Did you see the Motley Fool piece about its value being 0? Looks like similar franchise scam to Boston Chicken. Only risk is takeover by McDonalds. I thought about shorting but decided that I missed the opportunity. What was that name the gurus called this? Was it "perfect short" or something like that? Amazing that they would not live to see it finally happen. Good luck on it DB. PS I'll be real impressed if you shorted FRCP.
