My wife is a democrat and once threatened to withhold sex if i voted for reagan in 1980. But she is more moderate these days. She was genuinely upset with Teresas comments. She is a dem with a small d and resents the aristocratic nature of a women whose only claim to fame was that she married well (like kerry). Maybe she is just jealous (g).
In any case your anecdotal evidence does not include reagan democrats who will trade in what is perceived to be their economic self interest for both Values and Security reasons. You dont hang with those folks scott. Thats where bush will win if it goes the way i think it will go. mike
