Why don't you call and ask them...??? I don't think anyone here is in the BOD. And, as usual, and 'indictment' is not proof of guilt, nor a conviction. If it was a really significant matter, one would think it would have been addressed in a PR - according to the rules regarding significant events. That may be why the PPS is down a little recently, which would tend to correct itself when the issues are dealt with. If someone were caught 'fiddling', it doesn't effect the quality if the equipment. And like Boeing, the Military isn't going to throw the baby out with the bath water. I certainly don't follow FRCP by the day, or even week - as you apparently do. I would have thought that you would post things like the docket information - presuming it exists, if it was a concern. John :-) .
