If so, then what incentive would there be for a business to hire new people and keep the economy moving forward? Remove that incentive and businesses would slow down, and so would the economy... only the owners of those businesses would enjoy greater profits, since that money would no longer go into the economy to hire new people... Small businesses are the very engine of the American economy at home... kerry's "promise" of taxing only those businesses earning more than $200K is merely an emotional appeal to those who never dream of earning that kind of money... but you ought to realize that most successful small businesses earn that and more, and they're the ones who create jobs for everyone... tax them up the kazoo and you may as well slam the brakes on any continued economic growth... pause for a moment and think about it... I'm sure kerry also knows this, but he just says anything to get votes... GZ
