PCTL's Chart showed that it has bottomed out at $9 and some accumulation in the last two months. It broke 100-day MA today. The next test is $14. If it breaks $14, we should see it hanging around $15 before 3Q earnings. 3Q First Call est. is break-even. Hopefully it can make it.
