John Kerry did too. John Kerry served 4 months on a normal 12 month combat tour and got full credit for a 12 month tour. To do this, he had to leave the men serving under him to complete their 12 month combat tours. There were 2,500,000 military veterans from the Viet-Nam war. John Kerry is the only that has been identified to have pulled this off..... I am not even going to discuss his self-inflicted wounds for which he sought and received Purple Hearts. Nor will I mention the Silver Star with "V" device for which is either a fraud or forgery or combination of both since he is the only person to have ever have received this award. Why?
