Hi Jerry,

Bobbles S&P targets are flat-out wrong. Anyone relying on the S&P to time market entry into the broad market this year has been watching their portfolio go nowhere. And a portfolio that goes nowhere is a loser.

I'm very hopeful about todays apparent move to remove support near 9800 on DJIA. If we can complete this process and move a little lower then I'll jump back in.
