To pay 3-4 billion for FORE does not make lots of sense. Lucent already signed an OEM agreement with YURI system.Why buy FORE system ?(YURI 's product line are frame relay/ATM) On the other hand,ASND and XYLAN makes more compelling case for acquisition (on valuation and technology basis IMHO). GL
