It is pointless to start building your case Sun. The way you have framed your position, every human being can be labeled a liar if at any time in history they declared they thought something was true that turned out not to be true. Or if they said they thought something would happen and it didn't or if they said they would do something and they were then unable to. What would be your point in arguing such a silly position. If you want to argue that Bush is a liar, then you have to distinguish that conduct from people who are truthful. The term 'Liar' has no practical value unless or until you can show that it was the intent of the person to mislead us. Proceed if you like but it seems to be a futile and pointless exercise. I will not be following it.
