Siggy,
I don't know, but I strongly believe that that Neopath has a technology will be successful. The volume has been slowly increasing which to me means accumulation. There was a very eye-catching ad in the CAP weekly that pointed out the advantage of using an automated system that I think is consideribly better than a technologist (and better than the other systems available).

However, my committment to this stock is relatively light compared to other biotechs. But I still believe that this company will do well. The reason I am relatively light is that I feel there were a couple of stocks that I understood better. There are some legal issues, and if you understand legal stuff, then you know that you can be right and the jury can be fooled into anything.

I will not sell this stock because automation will be the future of cytology and I figure that Neopath is the best. Also they are taking steps to improve their tech. to relate to technologists and pathologists better. Very wise and the correct thing to do.

Based on chart, I think you are probably right that something is going on. The increasing volume on the decreasing price is typical of biotech stocks that are about to spike. I am confident at this time even if it drops in half (probably won't), but if it does and the news is the same, BUYING OPPORTUNITY.
