Gee, I wonder why they want to do that? Could they be short of combat troops, and looking for a bandaid, temporary solution? And, I wonder how they will solve the problem long term, with recruiting down, and re-enlistment falling off a cliff? Where, exactly, are the warm bodies going to come from?
