I spoke to Roland Breton, VP, this afternoon and he said that yes, management's stock is in certificate form. I also suggested that maybe they should find some way to call for a vote of the shareholders on something or other. Since there can only be as many votes as there are shares outstanding, that would also help to resolve this situation. He said that they are planning an AGM for next spring, but hadn't thought about that before. He said he would bring it up at a board meeting next week. Jim
