Gator, I sense your frustration, We have all felt it, However please try to keep things in perspective. I agree with most of the points you brought up, I too would have liked to see this thing up and flying a long time ago, like most of us. Things don't always work out as planned, Struthers, is a great example of just that. We are where we are at, and that's a fact. I would like the stock to be in the double digits, as I hope it will, in the not too distant future. Rememember, we are in the QUIET PERIOD! The SEC does not want to hear a peep about what's bieng setup with this company, until it clears all of their hurdles. Under Raoul's leadership, that's exactally the way it's been. Could it be we actually have a Chariman of the board who is actually following the rules set down by the Security Exchange Commission? Kudos to you RAOUL<>, If you can pull together the financing, to build out our territories You will be a hero to us all, If on the other hand you can't and it flops like a dead fish in the frying pan, while, no one will be very happy at that point, So I want to let you know, that I trust and respect you, and sincerely hope you are dealing with all of the investors of Struthers,Winco, Wincom, in good faith. As you say in your press release, You are "close to revitalizing our capitalization", I am willing to give a bit longer to pull this situation together. Your experience, and integrity, I am counting on, and I know, you will bring Wincom, to the forefront of technology in the near future, and on into the 21st Century.
As for the rest of the Silicon Investor, Wanabe Chairmen, cool your jets, we really just have to wait, and at this point, it's all we can do. If things, go the way, we all want, we will be happy, but we have to give it a chance to develope. If the SEC is Satisfied with the managements, actions to this point, I am willing to give them my support, and ride this thing to it's logical conclusion, Becomming the DOMINANT IVDS Company, and opening up new technologies, now and thruout the next decade and beyond. takes some time and energy. Edison didn't invent the light bulb over night, or without some frustration along the way, but the end results of his labor changed the face of the world forever. We have the opportunity to be as much a force. You have my trust and support, for now, please don't abuse it. May everyone have a great Labor Day Weekend, R. Michael Boyter, |
