My brother and my younger sister are cell-phone-only. They don't own houses, they aren't married, and it would surprise me very much if they were actually registered to vote.

But I am sure they prefer Kerry.

My clients who are cell-phone-only are ALL low income, living rootless lives. I don't know whether they prefer Kerry, but I would be astonished if any of them registered to vote, and then bothered to actually vote.

As for me, I have an office phone, a home phone, a fax line, and a cell phone, own a home, and am registered to vote. And have never been contacted by a surveyor.
