In truth, I'm a novice investor. But losing your ass a few times helps one bring a new perspective to the game. In looking at this stuff right now, there are 4 things I want. Good cash position, good management, good properties, and good partners. Pursuit appears to have all four, and the properties in spades. I got in at 1.80, but it looks like the bottom was a long way down on this one. I know it's hard for folks who have been in this awhile, but looking at it from a fresh perspective, it's hard to imagine a better time to buy. I'd like to double up, but I'm trying to save some ammo. I'll be keeping a close eye on it, though. It would almost be unbelievable to see this drop further, but if it does, I'll jump on it.
