My biggest concern has to do with a much more sedentary lifestyle now that I don't work. I sit at this computer and day trade a couple days a week. I don't even break for lunch on those days. The only exercise I get then is the bathroom. I used to get out and walk for about 45 minutes. This last spring I developed a plantors wart on the ball of one foot and it still has me hurting to walk much. With winter on the way I don't want to be out in the cold anyway. I have a stationary bike growing dust in the basement. I've decided I have to get it out and set it up in front of a TV so I can be entertained while I ride. Oh, groan.........
