Exaggeration within gobbliy-gook is a clear sign of lack of credibility, but Bill, it looks like you choose anyway to reveal your lack thereof:

That some people really do fight fraud, helps to facilitate posers who don a white hat simply for fashionable trendiness. Putting aside moral compass ambiguities, one simple clue in identifying the former group from the latter is... the real ones aren't habitual criminals who get arrested every few years.

Give me and anybody reading this, a break.
He was not arrested every few years, and he was not a fraud-busting poser. You probably were not a member of his site nor did you truly know him. Your statement about real fraud fighters having no links with fraud in their past is downright wrong - are you that disconnected from reality and history?

Don’t make me defend Elgindy, he has a team of lawyers for that. I am amazed that crime with far more reaching implications continue to happen every day in the stock markets, that are far great of importance than what Elgindy was accused of. If we waste our resources going after Martha Stewarts, as guilty as they may or may not be, then where is the leftover energy to tackle the serious on-going problems?

Don’t anybody ask me to elaborate on on-going stock market scams. Doing a web search on STOCK MARKET SCAM should keep you busy for years.

Elgindy knew more about how to identify fraud on wall street more than probably most people in the world. The fact that he may have not known how to funnel that energy in the most optimum manner is human nature situation where nobody is perfect. History says he certainly tried though.

Hedgefundman, if you are indeed that familiar with scams and fraud, what have you done about besides attempt to profit from it? ROFL - perhaps this is your opportunity to channel your talent rather than stirring up the pot about Elgindy's lack of Dale Carnegie skills

Scionist, you must enjoy gobbliy-gook and exaggeration

I must say the replies I've seen are disappointing and don't address what I addressed: The REAL , amazingly on-going, problems on Wall Street…. not Martha Stewart-caliber powder-room mistakes.
