Tracy Godoy has retired from stockbroking (as far as I know), I used to be a client of hers. I received an investor package recently from INDX which has an Indo business card in it with her name on it and her position is "Manager, Corporate Relations." Maybe Mr. Guidi can shed some light on what she is doing for the company, but then again maybe he won't... The local stock slammer in Vancouver (David Baines, of the Vancouver Sun) reported that she is suspected of soliciting stocks to folks in the States, when she was not registered to do so and some blurbs associating her with Mr. Guidi and some "market and promotional activities by individuals associated with the company have been misleading to investors." In the column it stated:

"...in December 1993, Godoy and two family members acquired 399,000 units - each unit consisting of one share and a warrent to buy another share- for 27 cents (CDN) each in a private transaction with the company. Guidi also acquired a large block of cheap stock. When the stock price shot up Guidi took the opportunity to dump large quanities of stock. According to insider trading reports, he netted $11.2 million before brokerage fees from Jan. to July 1996." - Vancouver Sun July 18, 1997 section E1.
A similar article was also shown in the Financial Post July 19, 1997 by Keith Damsell.

My experience with trying to talk with someone at the Vancouver office has been really dismal. I have phoned four times asking to speak to someone, but I'm always put in voicemail hell and no one returns my calls. I popped by the office once and they have a really nice Kiwi girl working at their reception (if you like leather pants like I do ;) : o )
I've been at quite a few AGM's and EOM's and I can tell you that Peter has been around for a while, but I haven't seen him at any recent IREMCO meets. You missed Ronald Bertuzzi from your list, he's been around for a while as well. They are involved in all the IREMCO companies, but their presence of late has diminished since getting Sugar Daddy Dave aboard. Hopefully his oil findings will be as sweet as his credentials. Wasn't that surface oil seep promo shot the same as the one shown for Durum's ex-Peruvian land except Dave's in the picture???? The shubbery looks very similar.....

The one thing I hate about the news releases is that they always seem to hit dry wells, or wells that have given them excellent data for the surrounding area, but they have yet to find an economic site (if you exclude Durum's land in Alberta). It would seem logical to me for them to drill the best prospects first, but they never seem to pan out. I hope the law of averages finally arrives and they find something worth getting excited about...

Mike, I was curious about your sources because most of the stocks you found Mr. Guidi involved in have been Tracy Godoy's favorite picks in her Natural Resource Portfolio.

Anyway, thanks for letting me vent!
Cheers.

What I really want to know is what is Mr. Guidi's sign, I already know what he looks like. (very nice haircut)

p.s. Alex, I hope you'll have more chairs in that small boardroom for the Trans-Orient meeting, last Indo meeting was kinda tight or at least get rid of that big table that takes up the entire room ...

I also have another question for Mr. Guidi, are you looking at other countries in the New Zealand region for possible land permits...I remember seeing a tourist guide in the boardroom on a certain country and I am curious on what your land acquistion goals are for the future... thank-you.
