explain to me why opponents of Bush are criticizing him for carrying out the policy signed by clinton on 1998.... other than it's an election year and a lying democrat is running for office Why do you try to defend someone who went to war needlessly, is getting our soldiers needlessly killed and maimed, and has divided this great nation like no one before him?
