I dont see Kerry in that photo, nor did Kerry support ANY radical behavior in the anti-war effort. As the FBI reports and the VVAW leadership both confirm, Kerry quit the VVAW after only a very brief time with them because he considered their methods and attitudes radical and he was a moderate who wanted to work within the system in a non-violent, respectable way. That is exactly what he did. To use that photo as a smear is dishonest. Just as it would be dishonest to use Ken Lay's indictment as "proof" Bush should also be indicted.

The bottom line is, Kerry helped end that war and save thousands of vets lives and limbs. Since he was a bona fide war hero iun combat, he earned the right to stand up and tell the truth, no matter how painful to accept. Also, in 1971, about 70% of the American People wanted the war to end, including many rightwing Nixon supporters.
