Enron and Bushie Texas companies have already been found GUILTY of massive energy fraud in California, but thanks to Bush-Cheney covering up for them there will never be any true justice. Just so you know, Enron paid Ed Gillespie 650 K to run a 7 million dollar TV disinformation campaign blaming Enron's own crimes on the victims.
