PMFJI, insider buying would be much too obvious. There are many ways they can get their pile. Just look at the recent INTC tender for CHPS.

CHPS approved the tender deal with INTC for 17.50 which was significantly above market, $13 -$14 range, but maybe not true value. Meanwhile the tender documents included terms that CHPS officers would be granted options in INTC upon completion of the tender. Now, how does that seem equitable for shareholders.

Realistically, if NOVL wants to make a deal with IBM or anyone else for that matter Schmidt and company will make certain that they are amply provided for in the final deal.
