Do you not read anything? Have a gander through the IAEA web site, the UNMOVIC and UNSCOM reports to the UN as well. Read the recent CIA report in full. Read the summaries of both which have been posted here in recent weeks. Iraq's nuclear program was known pre Gulf War I days. It was known to have been ordered dismantled by Saddam Hussein, personally, in 1991. Following Gulf War I UN programs UNSCOM and UNMOVIC had inspectors on the ground confirming that it was deactivated. It was. The recent CIA report conclusively confirms that Hussein did what he said he did. None of this is news.
