I agree with the above ZW. But we can't be sure when and how much they will sell.

My point was that the bottom line is the silver. If ORM can prove 100M ounces of economic silver. It wont matter a lot. Those insiders will not rush to sell. Since it is likley that the resource is approaching 50M ounces... I am not sure that any of the holders of these cheap share are eager to sell.

The price of silver will also have a great impact on their decision. If silver move to new highs and resume its bull with gold... it could be that they will hold longer than we think possible.

Given the rarity of valid silver plays, it is also possible that significant demand for the stock will be there when these insiders decide to sell.
