Someone mentioned earlier the idea of the SEC forcing OVIS to issue more shares if the MM's get in a bind. What sub-section of the SEC regs would that fall under? The "dilution by government order" clause? I don't think so. Morgan and Breton received their shares in properly filed option plans, they are registered under 144 rules and they aren't going anywhere. The company has not announced any plans to issue more stock in the near future.

No one can force OVIS to give up more shares. Though I'm sure the MM's will try in coming days. Stick tight and stay cool, everyone.
