Australia seems like a great place -except the government is more than a tad in the socialist side... yet real estate seems positioned for even greater gains as the entire South East Asia (SEA) region becomes more and more like the western consumer. The Gold Coast is truly beautiful, and if you live in SEA, no reason to travel all the way to the USA when you have Australia nearby... the fat that its economy is resource based, ought to bode well in the foreseeable future... assisting China et all integrate into Capitalism... ah yes... and the beach real estate ought to do well there...
