I've noticed a definite improvement in Bush's speeches since Karen Hughes came back and Peggy Noonan started working for him. Karen Hughes has an incredible touch, she sees things that make you go "yeah!" And Peggy is as good a speechwriter as I have ever seen. Karen helps Bush show his heart. I would bet good money she's behind the Ashley ad. His best ad for women, IMO. Better than "Wolves," although that is the one that really pisses off the Democrats.
