The transflash is really small size, as described in the latest SNDK press release. Is the form factor patented? I'm not sure that I have heard SNDK comment exactly what is patented on the Transflash modules. Perhaps someone else can comment? The fact that competitors have yet to produce Transflash does indicate that there must be some SNDK IPR involved. I am actually a little surprised that we havent yet seen a competitor though....it would seem likely that MOT/Samsung/??? would have demanded multiple sources before committing to 40+ design slots.
