It is the "Bush Administration" that is incompetent, not Bush directly. However, since Bush hasn't fired anyone for this screw-up (and all the previous mistakes in Iraq), Bush is responsible.

This blunder has made the job more difficult for our soldiers and makes the World less safe (especially for Israel since this material can easily be smuggled into that country).

The incompetence of the Bush Administration goes far beyond their mishandling of post-invasion Iraq. Their handling of the budget (added $1.5 Trillion in debt in less than four years) is another glaring example of their inefficacy.

I can understand how people were fooled in 2000. But expecting a leopard to change its spots is foolhardy. This administration is incompetent and will continue to be incompetent.
