My points were:

1) You can blame the massive Nader election fraud effort for gumming up the works --- there would be no ballot problems or delays there were it not for his fraud attempt.

2) There are far BIGGER screwups with the overseas civilian vote... then even with the military vote --- and the potential overseas civilian vote is much larger.
