That is SO OBVIOUS. Notice it says VP CHENEYS OLD COMPANY, so what? He has absolutely no involvement in that company save for the payout of his DEFERRED COMPENSATION which is a COMMON method executives use to reduce tax burden. Also, just HOW MANY TIMES would this make Halliburton subject to investigation. They have been investigated so many times its getting ridiculous dont you think? jdn
