And you believe the fantasy version of a proven serial liar like John Kerry instead of Tommy Franks? LOL!

Isn't this the same John Kerry who claimed that the North Vietnamese would release all our POWs if we unilaterally withdrew from Vietnam? Isn't this the same John Kerry that claimed that our withdrawal from Vietnam will only endanger 3,000 lives or so (2.2M were killed after we left Vietnam)? Isn't this the same John Kerry who claimed that we couldn't possibly hope to fight and win the 'mystical war against Communism?' Isn't this the same John Kerry who claimed that a nuclear freeze would force the Soviet Union to the negotiating table? Isn't this the same John Kerry who claimed on the Senate floor that the Sandinistas were just peasant farmers who wanted to be left alone a few days before Daniel Ortega got a $200M aid package from the Soviet Union? Isn't this the same John Kerry who claimed that we were using the correct stratey in Tora Bora on at least two occasions?

You're either kidding or you've totally lost your mind!

In the words of Tommy Franks himself:

President Bush and Senator John Kerry have very different views of the war on terrorism, and those differences ought to be debated in this presidential campaign. But the debate should focus on facts, not distortions of history.

On more than one occasion, Senator Kerry has referred to the fight at Tora Bora in Afghanistan during late 2001 as a missed opportunity for America. He claims that our forces had Osama bin Laden cornered and allowed him to escape. How did it happen? According to Mr. Kerry, we "outsourced" the job to Afghan warlords. As commander of the allied forces in the Middle East, I was responsible for the operation at Tora Bora, and I can tell you that the senator's understanding of events doesn't square with reality....
